Abstract

The key issues that are associated with the technologies of soybean harvesting are highlighted in the article. The analysis of specific structures such as Flex headers for John Deere, CLAAS, New Holland combine harvesters is given. The constructive and technological solutions of Flex headers, which make it possible to collect crops such as soybeans, peas to minimum possible cutting height are described. The features of floating platforms and at the same time cutting machines to special harvester combines. The given analysis of special headers’ structure considered the possibility of adapting them to work with CLAAS TUCANO, LEXION harvesters. This analysis of structures and usage of John Deere 630F, 635F HidroFlex with harvesters CLAAS TUCANO, LEXION harvesters showed the following positive results: high quality and reliability
