PECULIARITIES OF NITRATE CONTENT IN AGRICULTURAL CULTURES GROWED IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE RIGHT BANK FOREST-STEPPE

Abstract


The data on contamination of grain nitrates and seeds of field crops grown in the forest-steppe conditions of the right bank are given. The danger of contamination of plants with nitrates and their harm in the human body is shown. According to the results of the studies, it was found that the humus content of the agricultural crops was 2,3‒4,4%, of easily hydrolyzing nitrogen ‒ 63,0‒98,0 mg / kg of soil, of mobile phosphorus ‒ 159‒319 mg/kg of soil, exchangeable potassium ‒ 100‒239 mg/kg of soil, with hydrolytic acidity amounting to 0,28‒160 mg. equiv/100 g soil and pH (salt) ‒ 5,8‒6,8. It was found that the actual nitrate content of winter wheat grain during the harvesting period under intensive chemical chemistry was 51,30 mg / kg, which is 5,8 times less than MPC, in winter rape seeds ‒ 88,30 mg/kg. which is 3,4 times less than the MPC, 91,20 mg / kg in spring barley, 3,3 times less than the MPC, 10,23 mg/kg in the wet corn, which is 29,3 times less than the MPC , in dried corn grain ‒ 9,12 mg/kg, which is 32,9 times less than the MPC, in sunflower seeds ‒ 131,80 mg / kg, which is 2,3 times less than the MPC.
