Abstract

The work devoted to the improvement of grain milling process to reduce the specific energy consumption and improve the quality of the finished product by using a pre-separation of grain and separation system grain grinding products. Methods of analysis of operating boot device parameters, based on laboratory studies and empirical data are offered in the study. We examine the general physical regularities and mechanical and technology properties of materials. Applying justified parameters of boot device grinders with a vertical rotor, which ensures evenly supply of grain material in the grinding zone and relying on the results of field studies the effect achieved optimal load hammer grinder while ensuring high rates of specific performance and low energy consumption
