THE EFFECT OF OF POSTS’ NUMBER INCREASING THE NUMBER OF POSTS ON THE PERFORMANCE INDICATORS OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES OF MAINTENANCE OF TRACTORS KHTZ-3522

In order to justify the production structure of branded servicing depot for tractors KhTZ the possibility of achieving a given performance by three types of resources, such as changes in the number of workers, equipment and the number of posts are considered. The problem is solved by means of simulations using graph theory and schedules. For modeling used the heuristic algorithm of distribution of the whole set of service operations between the specified number of workers at the posts of servicing depot given the number of different types of equipment in order to get the schedule of operations, which minimizes cycle time. Dependences on the duration of processes of different types of maintenance service of tractors KhTZ-3522 on the number of workers involved, the amount of equipment and the number of posts and also relationship between the number of different attracted resources and the performance indicators of their use have been obtained. Analysis of the results of the study showed that the increase in the number of posts somewhat reduces the duration processes of different types of maintenance service of tractors KhTZ-3522 and a bit increases the values of labor utilization rate of workers and utilization factor of equipmentReferences
