Abstract

Existing hardware does not provide quality treatment of many weed impurities, especially the separation from the bulk of substandard seed culture. The article proposed to increase the efficiency of pneumatic separation of undivided seed mixtures, by creating them additional power actions, whose value would be different for biological valuable seed crops (without embryo) or weed seeds. The study is based on theoretical studies of pnevmoseparation issue that focuses on the definition of critical speed ratios greetings and sails component of seed mixtures airflow calculations, justification options for fans to create, definitions of structural shapes and geometric dimensions pnevmochannels. These methods include creating a channel of homogeneous electric field. In this case there is a need to study the combined effect of forces on the behavior of particles of seed mixtures in this channel. The result is a methodology of developed mathematical model of particle behavior seed mixture components of optimized values of controlled parameters, separating them effectively held seed mixture consisting of particles of ellipsoidal shape. The paper based on theoretical studies can optimize the value of controlled parameters, which take place effectively separating seed mixtures consisting of particles of ellipsoidal shape
