Abstract

The reforms taking place in the agriculture of Ukraine, have already changed the established system of grain production, which is now represented both as a very large (amounts of arable land in the tens of thousands of hectares) and small (volume of arable land less than 50 hectares) of agricultural enterprises. Combine harvesters that are at the disposal of most Ukrainian agricultural enterprises are out of date and insufficient for harvesting of early grain crops in optimal agronomic terms. The annual loss of these crops reaches from 12 to15%. Combine harvesting is based on the implementation of relevant engineering project management works which require taking into account the variability of the project environment and its impact on the efficiency of harvesting. Unfortunately, current methods and models of planning and projecting management do not include this feature, which prevents effective management of harvest and transport works. This reduces the efficiency of grain harvesting projects. Scientific and methodological foundations for solving the problem of harvesting and transport coordination work in projects gathering early grain crops based on the consideration of project environment impact probability for these works is highlighted in the paper
