Abstract

Development of automatic control system of compressor unit at a constant drive speed, and with stepless manual adjustment and visual controlling it is examined. Analysis of automatic control systems and change the drive speed of the heat engine was carried out using the theory of automatic control of fuel supply to the cylinders. Based on the analysis of advanced systems, with the introduction of other, forced, and the first two derivatives of the law regulating the speed, a fundamentally new system at a constant frequency of rotation of the drive has been proposed. establishment provides continuously variable stroke of automatic compressor or manual settings. Current control performed the usage of the deviations of the arrow pointer scale. Verification of the proposed methods was carried out due to theoretical research and analytical expression, analysis of indicator diagram of a piston compressor.
